If you're having intermittent communication problems between the beamz and your
XP box, you can download the newest beamz drivers from the Windows update page. 
Simply plug in your beamz (don't start the application) and select "windows update"
from our Internet explorer or from the start->programs menu.  If an update is 
available, you will be prompted to determine whether you wish to download the file.
Once installed, you will need to unplug the beamz and re-start your PC.
