JULIA FRANCIS
Vice President of Marketing

When you need someone to move the needle in marketing consumer electronics, Julia Francis is your go-to professional. A veteran of the consumer electronics industry, Julia is the Vice President of Marketing for beamz Interactive, a privately held firm that invented the innovative beamz™ music system.

Julia is responsible for creating and managing the beamz brand from inception to product launch and growth. She directs all efforts related to corporate identity, marketing collateral, packaging, messaging and positioning. Julia also drives revenue and manages the company's retail Web site, thebeamz.com. Additionally, she oversees comprehensive investor relations and public relations programs.

Julia brought her marketing savvy from Mobility Electronics, where she directed the entire marketing program. Mobility is a leading provider of innovative portable power and computing solutions for the mobile electronic device user. Julia oversaw the Mobility corporate brand, as well as the brand development for the company's iGo product line.

Previously, Julia honed her marketing expertise in the healthcare industry. She held various managerial positions with Columbia Hospital Corporation of America in Salt Lake City, and also with HealthSouth and Lifecare Management, both in Reno, Nev.

With a deep passion for helping others, Julia uses her expertise to help various non-profit organizations. She served as Vice President of the Board of Directors for Waste Not, charitable organization that distributes perishable food to needy people in the metropolitan Phoenix area. Julia also performed extensive volunteer work for Step2 in Reno, which provides comprehensive treatment and family services for women who suffer from chemical dependency.
