3. All of the components (arm assembly, control module assembly, USB cord, CD’s (3) and Users Guide) are present in the shipping box upon return.

Similar to the warranty procedure, it is still necessary to contact beamz, either by telephone, (888) 724-7380, or email, support@thebeamz.com, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please let us know why you are not completely satisfied. You will receive shipping instructions to return the unit at beamz’ expense. Please include the RMA number with the return. Once the unit is received and logged by beamz Interactive, you will receive your refund.
